Delivery Information
There will be a delivery charge for all items delivered within Singapore. Orders received before 6 noon (Singapore Time GMT + 800Hrs) can be delivered on the same day.

Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of order must be made 24 Hours in advance before the delivery date/time. Receiver's address must be correct and Customers should ensure there is someone to receive goods, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.

Changes in Order
Any changes pertaining to the order must be made within 24 hours or before delivery, which ever earlier.

Substitution
Throughout the world seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and cost of flowers, foliages and fruits. Gin's Flowers & Gifts reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your Order. The particular vases or basket shown will be supplied . However, should any be unavailable, you will be informed via email and a similar value and style of respective vase or basket will be substituted.
